Public Transport Surveys

Collecting accurate and relevant public transport data is vital to understanding the public’s experience, attitudes, perceptions and knowledge of public transport provision and improvements.

ATR have the experience and capacity to undertake all forms of public transport studies including terminus, station, bus and train counts, passenger monitoring surveys, boarding and alighting counts, ticketing and patronage counts, origin-destination interviews, route schedules and journey times. Surveys can be undertaken both manually and where appropriate using digital recording technology.
