In partnership with a long-standing UK construction and property management service ATR were tasked with completing a large multi-modal survey around Basing View, Basingstoke.
The survey comprised of a substantial origin/destination survey covering 40 ANPR sites, 10 different journey-time surveys and 38 separate ATC installations; running for a 2 week period which covered the day of the other surveys.
Having worked on many large-scale multi-modal surveys, ATR were not at all daunted by the scope of this project. ATCs were installed well in advance of the date agreed for the ANPR and journey-time surveys, and checked the day before to ensure all were running correctly. Immediately following the ATC checks, the bulk of ANPR cameras were installed so that come the morning of the survey the remaining cameras could be installed by just two teams. This enabled the remaining staff to accustom themselves with their journey-time routes.
All aspects of the Basing View survey undertaken by ATR were completed without incident, and each element of the survey data returned within the deadline discussed and agreed with our client.
Planning surveys through the identification, utilisation, and cultivation of our team’s key skills allows ATR to pass on the financial benefits of a streamlined team, and keep the cost of our quality services highly competitive.
